approval by council, certifiers or other authorities
delivery or installation

Plero may choose which early access members are invited to participate in platform previews, launch offers or site suitability reviews.

3. Product information

Any product descriptions, pricing, timing, inclusions or availability shown on the website are indicative only and may change.

Final pricing, inclusions, timing and delivery will depend on product selection, site conditions, access, approvals, location, engineering, compliance requirements and written agreement.

4. Site suitability and approvals

Plero products may only be suitable for certain sites.

Site suitability, approval pathways, installation requirements and final feasibility must be reviewed before proceeding.

5. Changes to the website

Plero may update, change or remove website content, waitlist access, offers, product information or pricing at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Plero is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on general website information before a formal written agreement is entered into.
